Worst experience of my life. Poorly managed and poor product. This company pumps culture and work-life balance, and it is all FAKE! They will pump you up in the first 30 days and get you to write a glowing glass door review on onboarding - so please disregard all the FIVE-STAR reviews. Your Unlimited Personal Time-Off is also not truly unlimited, they are selective in approving your time and you will have “a conversation” if you take too much time off. Jason (The CEO) was proud to speak to the SDR team, letting them know how happy he was with paying workers in CAD at a discounted rate to US-based companies. He was not paying a livable wage, even at the discounted rate. As they massively overhired the sales team reps, they would fight over accounts spending all hours online to get an account from another - some reps would stay up all night to catch inbound leads to make quota. The management team would message the team until midnight, disregarding any work/life balance. Even if you are desperate, I would advise against working here.
