My experience at Brex has been 8/10 as I'm nearing my 1 year mark. I joined the SDR org and it's been solid for me thus far from leadership, although I wasn't always happy with the decisions they make from a GTM standpoint, my relationship with the AEs, and the quota.  
Upward mobility is there as they have a more clearer path to AE, SDR management, CSM, etc.

Hiring way too many sales reps. Not enough accounts to go around. Other than that, very good.

I've been with Brex for over 4 years, and have grown significantly with the company. I envision myself with Brex for at least 2 more years. Brex is a company I truly believe rewards great work, as that has been my experience. The company obsesses over its customers, which empowers me as a GTM individual contributor to have direct relationships with product managers.
